Pre-school

I go to pre-school now! Here I am on my first day! I got to wear one of my favorite T-shirts.

It is really close. We can walk. Some days mommy takes me, other days daddy does. We usually ride my bike. I can ride my strider bike or my big-boy pedal bike. I'm not real comfortable on the pedal bike yet. I still get off and walk past the driveways, cause I tend to fall down where ever it slopes sideways. so it takes a looong time to get to school. Daddy get's grumpy about it sometimes. Says we are going to be late. I don't know why. It's not like he's on a bike. he's got it easy, he just walks. Carrying Evan. And my stuff.
I LOVE school. We make all sorts of pictures. There's a giant T-rex puzzle (Have I mentioned that I like dinosaurs?), and lots of friends. It's a lot more fun than staying home with boring Mommy or Daddy.

Mommy's Birfday

Mommy had a birthday. I got her new pajamas, that I picked out all by myself. It was even my idea. I was hoping on finding her some with dinosaurs on them, but we couldn't find any. My other idea was a dress with dinosaurs, but we couldn't find that either.
Grown up clothes aren't any fun at all.

Gymnasitcs

I'm still doing gymnastics. I love it! I think the trampoline is my favorite part. It's perfect for me. I bounce around non-stop anyway, whether I'm at the table or brushing my teeth. The only time I'm still is if you are reading me a book, or Tom and Jerry is on the tv. Otherwise, I can't sit still. Ever. Mommy gets kind of angry sometimes when I get in and out of my chair thirty three times during a five minute lunch. 'Specially when I spill my milk again.

swimming!

I learned to swim this summer! All by my self! Auntie Sue and Uncle Kenny taught me. I wore a life jacket and things called "floaties", but I did it! I swam. I like to swim.

I wish we had a pool like Auntie Sues. Daddy says as soon as we win the lottery. What's a lottery?

Mount Evans

We drove up a big mountain. We could drive almost to the top! It was fun. Except the part where Evan threw up his oatmeal in the car. That part wasn't so fun.

At the top, we saw mountain goats. It was really cool. There was even a baby mountain goat!
Even though it was hot at our house, it was pretty chilly up there. I had to wear a hat. I could see forever, we were so high.

I got to hang out with my friend Dylan, too.

Then we had a picnic in the back of Dylan's Daddy's truck. We were going to have it by this lake, but it was raining. LAter, when we were driving home, the rain got really hard and then turned to hail, and lightning was hitting the rocks in front of us. Daddy stopped talking and drove on the wrong side of the road. Silly Daddy. On the side we were supposed to be on you could see way, way down to big rocks. I don't know what "guard rails" are, or what a "thousand foot drop off" means, but Daddy said we only had the drop off, not the gaurd rails. I didn't know Mommy could hold her breath so long, but I didn't see her breath until we were all the way back down in the trees.
